Conference registration is now opened!

Early registration phase starts immediately and ends on April 30th, 2010 23:59 UTC+2. Normal registration phase starts at May 1st, 2010 and ends on May 28th, 2010 23:59 UTC+2. On-site registration is possible directly at the conference’s registration desk (see below).

¹ Conference fee comprises conference sessions, coffee and lunch breaks, proceedings and social events.
² Conference fee for students comprises conference sessions, coffee and lunch breaks and proceedings, not the social events.
³ This includes admittance to social events (Boat Trip, Gala Dinner, Welcome Reception); no admittance to conference.
⁴ On-site payments at the conference will be possible only in cash (EUR).

For a paper at least one full registration (non-member or member) is necessary; PHD students are allowed to register as students.

Fees are net without VAT (FH OÖ does not bill any VAT).

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of your registration, cancellation fees will be applied as follows:

• Prior to April 1, 2010: 30% of registration fee
• From April 1, 2010: 50% of registration fee
• No refund will be given after May 30, 2010.

Substitution of delegates will be permitted and all name changes must be communicated to the CMS2010 registration desk (nethotels) by fax or email. Only written cancellation by fax or email will be accepted and has to be done via our registration desk (nethotels). Note: registration fees will NOT be refunded for authors of accepted papers/posters.
